The packet encryption change was on Test Server last week. It went live on PC
with this week's update.

OP is telling the truth. I checked around and read the same thing from radar
cheat sites.

Radar cheats and ESP cheats are different btw. OP is talking about radar
cheats.

your pc. VERY hard to find or stop

I suggest you do some research.

I just checked most of the prominent and "trusted"(for lack of a better word)
PUBG radar cheat sites, and it seems that PUBG radar cheats do not work anymore
because Bluehole recently implemented a new type of packet encryption that is
extremely hard to crack.

Radar cheats worked by sniffing PUBG's network packets (yes it could be done
on any device) and decrypting them to extract game data, such as player
positions. Since radar cheats can no longer obtain the decryption key, they
don't work anymore and are rendered pretty much worthless.

I do believe radar cheats can try to obtain the decryption key by accessing
the game's memory, but at that point radar cheats immediately lose the merit of
being "undetectable" and will require anti-cheat bypass, which makes using radar
cheats pointless(compared to using a full blown ESP or aimbot cheat).
