Unless he's gotten an insane LPL offer in the past few days, it's very very likely that it's G2 Rekkles. He has made it clear many times that the only satisfaction he'll get is if he lifts the summoner's cup and this is his best chance.

As a G2 fan, losing Perkz felt really bad but seeing this I'm really hyped for next season

But seriously? Carlos? I don't believe for a second Perkz preferred C9 over all 9 other LEC teams. The only reason he's not in the LEC is because of the buyout + Carlos blocking talks with FNC.

Trying to hold on to a title in LEC by shipping one of the best players in the LEC, in his prime, to NA. At the same time, of course, denying Rekkless the midlaner FNC needed to win LEC from G2, allowing him to take Rekkless. You could call it a genius move, or complete scum, idk.

All players on G2 are fucking fantastic, mechanically and personality-wise. But it means supporting fucking Ocelot. I've been following League for 9 years.

It was quite obvious that this was Carlos plan all along. The only question was if Rekkles goes for it.

And for G2 it could work out in the end. But I'm not sure if it will be good for the LEC overall. G2 probably won't have a real opponent in the LEC and it will probably be a snoozefest for the next 2 years. They probably lost me and a lot of other people as viewers.
