These takes are so whack to me. People act like winning titles by spending obscene amounts of money is fine if you're a storied club but if you won the league for the first time in 2004 then it's desecrating the soul of football. Stupid elitism lol. Extreme money in football is a massive problem but every big club is to blame.

Yeah, I don't understand the narrative of City reaching UCL final as fairytale. With all the money they have spend so far and the squad with the manager they have, they have to reach the final.

* Hired best manager in the world with 200 PA.

* Hired best coaches so they have 5 stars in every training category.

* Bought some of the world best players in every single position.

* Bought top players as back up for every starter.

* Developed one of the best, if not best academy in country.

* They also improved Training and Youth Facilities to level 20.

This reminds me of my Salford save in FM 20, except I used Cheat Engine and Genie Scout to achieve all of this lol

PSG didn't spend the money the same way Manchester City did though. They focused more on purchasing 2 superstars instead of purchasing 7 great players. They have Florenzi as their right-back, someone on that level wouldn't be near Manchester City's starting line-up.

I hate the money in football but I love how certain people try and portray little Real Madrid as scraping by on a show string budget or plucky little Barcelona. Maybe if they weren't giving Messi and other players ridiculous wages they wouldn't be in debt.
