RULE NO. 10 — VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES 

Section XIII—Traveling 中，部分原文：

A player who gathers the ball while dribbling may take two steps in coming to a stop, passing, or shooting the ball.

（运球过程中，球员合球后，可以采用2步来完成停步，传球或投篮）

The first step occurs when a foot, or both feet, touch the floor after the player gathers the ball.

（第一步发生在合球后，一脚或双脚接触地面时）

The second step occurs after the first step when the other foot touches the floor, or both feet touch the floor simultaneously. 
（第二步发生在第一步之后，另外一脚或双脚同时接触地面时）

关键词：step touch

step： 这里的步，指的是012里的第几次脚落地，称为第几步。

touch：仅强调：落地。只要落地，就已经形成步。（不强调离地。）

注意：此处的step，不同于中枢脚定义中的step。

应用：

第几步落地的脚，称为几步脚。如0步脚，1步脚，2步脚。

同理，某步时如有中枢脚产生，可称为0步中枢脚，1步中枢脚，2步中枢脚。
