《FIBA Official Basketball Rules 2022》Article 25 Travelling（带球走）

•A player who catches the ball while he/she is progressing, or upon completion

of a dribble, may take two steps in coming to a stop, passing or shooting the ball:

▬ If, after receiving the ball, a player shall release the ball to start his/her dribble before his/her second step.

CBA条例：

• —名队员在移动中或在结束运球时拿球， 他可以移动2步完成停步、 传球或者投篮。

如果接到球的队员开始运球， 他应在第2步（脚接触地面）之前球离手。

对比：

NBA+FIBA+CBA的蓝色文字，意思是一致的。

红色与蓝色文字的意思，是不同的。

根据FIBA以往的规则改动，应该是抄了NBA的老版本，而且没有及时更新。

根据NBA 2022 规则的意思：

one step prior to releasing the ball = 移动一步之后使球离手

即：

0步脚在地+合球+1步脚落地+0步脚离地+2步脚落地生成前+球离手=合法（等同于老版本规则）

空中合球+1步脚落地+2步脚落地+1步脚离地+3步脚落地生成前+球离手=合法（新加内容）

所以，视频案例，在NBA的现行规则下，是合法的。在FIBA和CBA的现行规则下，是非法的。

这个动作是否合法？当然是合法的。本身就属于原则范围里，且遵循人体运动规律的自然节奏。

FIBA规则，其它地方的错漏也不少。
