I've watched all 82 regular season games for the past 3 years, mostly by myself in the dark at 1AM. This video just made me realize that I am going to break down crying if the Spurs win a chip this year, probably by myself in the dark at 1AM.

No, not by yourself. It's been an amazing ride and this video almost had me in tears. I can't believe how lucky and spoiled we are to have this. I moved to San Antonio (well, Schertz) in 98. I was a military brat and growing up all over I just rooted for Dad's home team, the lakers. My mom was a knicks fan, but when I moved it was my first year of high school and the Spurs were so quiet outside of SA, I thought I'd rebel and follow them. That earned me a freshman year of jokes, but then, they won. They won it all. I felt like I was part of something amazing immediately. We saw go spurs go banners hanging from buildings up and down commerce, mini flags were flying from every truck. Styrofoam cups spelled "Go Spurs" in every chain link fence between Ft. Sam and I think I10? Southbound 35 from there. Anyway, I felt like a part of the city. The Alamo dome was constantly lit up. Then they kept going, they kept getting better, I was never disappointed in those playoff losses too much, because I had never truly expected them to be amazing because of their past. They picked themselves up again, and they won. They won it all. I couldn't believe it, the fan base grew, I was still rocking my tiny ass lakers suck shirt where the u was a spur, when they won some more, and to this day. I'll never forget the feeling the city gave me, that my team gave me, and that my fellow spurs fans, my mom and dad, gave me. No matter what people say about this game, it's truly impacted me in such a positive way, and I will always be grateful.

TL; DR, no matter where you are, you have us to share these moments with you. I know I'll cry, whether I'm on reddit or not.

简而言之：不管你在哪儿，我们都会和你一起分享这些瞬间。我知道我会哭，不管上没上过美国虎扑（Reddit）。

I truly hope the Spurs will win it all this year. As a Lakers and Kobe fan, I'm constantly amazed by how disciplined and well coached the Spurs are. You are the one team that i couldn't truly hate because i respect Tim Duncan and Popovich so much. I wish you guys good luck and I hope to see Timmy hugging another NBA trophy.

The Spurs represent everything that's beautiful about TEAM BASKETBALL. That video was great, and although i want to witness LeBron build his legacy, now i want the Spurs to win it all. Because it will serve as a representation of team basketball.

Obviously I'm biased but I think from a "how close the series was" perspective it has to be Spurs vs Pistons 2005 or Spurs vs Heat 2013. Both series came down to one shot (Horry in 05, Allen in 13)

The scary thing about the Spurs right now is they use to beat you by slowing down the game and scoring in the mid 90's......now they are still playing as a team but scoring around 120 pts the past few games.....that's not a good sign for anyone in the league.....
